Todd Wagenberg is co-founder and managing partner of Integrated. Todd focuses on direct advisory and advocacy relationships, including business owners, family offices, foundations, and endowments, as well as public and private retirement plans. He specializes in risk assessment, portfolio development, and performance monitoring.

Before founding Integrated, Todd was managing director and institutional investment consultant for Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessors. Todd’s experience includes managing currency and interest rate risk for Chemical Bank and National Australia Bank in New York. He was a market maker on the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Todd has over 30 years of investment experience and a passion for risk assessment and management and is co-chair of the Integrated investment committee.

Todd has a degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA in finance from Wayne State University. He is a member of MAPERS (Michigan Association of Public Employee Pension Systems). Todd is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) professional. He is a member of Investments & Wealth Institute™ and currently serves as treasurer on the executive board. Todd is an active supporter of the Bear Hug Foundation. Todd and his wife, Sarah, reside in Sylvan Lake and are proud parents of Celia and Cort.

MATTHEW J. CROISSANT, J.D.

Matthew J. Croissant is a Senior Financial Consultant. He is Head of financial modeling and reporting and a member of Integrated’s investment committee. Matt works closely with a select group of affluent families, professionals, entrepreneurs, and retirees to ensure that their wealth endures; weighing clients’ risk tolerance, time horizon, and cash flow needs. Matt’s financial modeling process includes rigorous stress-testing to maximize the probability of achieving the desired outcome.

Matt is a member of Integrated’s founding team. He has more than 20 years of experience as a financial consultant, first with Merrill Lynch in Auburn Hills, and then with Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms in Birmingham. Matt is a member of the Michigan Bar Association. He holds a BA in Political Science from Albion College and a JD from Wayne State University School of Law.

Matt and his wife, Suzanne, are active in supporting ChildFund International, Military Order of the Purple Heart, Kensington Church and its global partners, and The Salvation Army. They reside in Oakland Township with their three children, Madeleine, Claire, and Josephine.

DENA D. SOULE, IACCP®

Dena Soule is managing director and chief compliance officer at Integrated. Dena is responsible for relationship management throughout the entire client experience. She is intimately involved in our new-client onboarding process, and throughout all aspects of the ongoing client relationship. Dena knows full well that a best-in-class financial plan starts with developing a thorough understanding of the client, their environment, their goals, their concerns, and the makeup of their current team of advisors. She understands that even the most strategic plans are not effective unless fully implemented and subject to periodic review.

TYLER CUCKOVICH

Tyler Cuckovich is a financial consultant at Integrated. Tyler is responsible for financial analysis and research on both existing and new investments, preparation of portfolio and investment management review materials, and preparation of business development and marketing materials. He has been instrumental in the recent development of enhanced branding and marketing materials

Tyler has been a part of the Integrated team for the past three years as a summer intern. He joined Integrated on a full-time basis following his graduation from Grand Valley State University, where he earned a bachelor of business administration in economics and finance. Additionally, Tyler was a four-year member of the Grand Valley State University football team.

Tyler is a member of the Detroit Economic Club and participates in its Young Leadership Group.

CHAD PETHERICK, CIMA®

Chad Petherick is Head of Manager Research and Portfolio Management for Integrated. Chad is responsible for the construction and management of investment portfolios for our clients, ongoing review and oversight of investment managers, and analysis of prospective investments. These investments include a full range of asset classes including fixed income, public equities, real estate, natural resources, private equity and hedge funds.

Prior to joining the Integrated team, Chad worked as a Portfolio Manager for Bank of Montreal’s Wealth Management group. In this prior role, Chad oversaw the construction and management of investment portfolios for his clients, both institutional and individuals, with a total book size of $450 million AUM. Prior to his work at Bank of Montreal, Chad worked as an investment banking analyst for FIG Partners, a full-scale investment banking firm focused on community banks.

Chad is a member of the Young Leaders of the Detroit Economic Club. Chad is active in supporting the following charitable organizations: Impact India 360, Compassion International, United Way and CRU.org. Chad and his family have made contributions to the Petherick Walk of Scholars at Albion College. Chad holds a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College. He has received the Certified Investment Management Analyst certification from the Investments & Wealth Institute.

Chad and his wife Jordyn live in Clarkston and are expecting their first child in June.

THOMAS J. KESSEL

Tom Kessel is managing director of Integrated. Tom leads the sales team, along with marketing and relationship development. He concentrates his activities on entrepreneurs and family offices, as well as mission-based nonprofit organizations. He manages relationships with key partner resources that provide complementary accounting, tax, estate planning, and investment banking services to our clients.

Prior to joining Integrated, Tom was part of the middle market banking team of Wells Fargo. He has supported the growth and success of privately held businesses for over 30 years. Specialties include providing commercial banking, risk management, and investment banking product and services to the manufacturing, food, agribusiness and service sectors.

Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and Michigan Agri-Business Association. He also is a member of the Detroit Economic Club, the Association of Corporate Growth and the Council of Michigan Foundations.

Tom holds an MBA in finance with distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a BA in economics summa cum laude from Hope College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Society. Tom also completed executive education programs in leadership and marketing at the Harvard School of Business. Tom and his wife, Leila, reside in Bloomfield Village and have four sons: Mitchell, William, Peter, and Matthew.

Amy Hutto

Amy Hutto is an administrative assistant at Integrated. Amy brings a wealth of client service know-how to the administrative team. She is responsible for managing numerous day-to-day client-facing activities, including account setup and other duties pertaining to the client onboarding process. She is also the go-to internal resource for the team when it comes to operating systems, including Salesforce. Her technical expertise, general support, and communication skills are second to none.

Amy resides in Troy with her two children, Jade and Joey.
