Adam Braatz is the Director of Investment Research at Integrated. Adam monitors and evaluates market and economic conditions, conducts quantitative and qualitative research on various investment vehicles, builds the asset allocation framework, and assists in managing client portfolios.

Adam is passionate about seeking out investment opportunities across asset classes and assessing the potential risks and rewards. Adam interacts directly with outside investment managers to understand their investment processes, historical results, and future potential.

Adam draws on over a decade of experience in investment analyst roles. Prior to joining Integrated, Adam gained five years of experience serving high net worth families and institutional clients with a team in Southeast Michigan. Prior to that, he worked as a research analyst for a Small Cap RIA in Wisconsin. Additionally, Adam spent several years serving mutual fund clients as a compliance administrator.

Originally from Wisconsin, Adam earned his B.S.B.A. with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He is a CFA® charter holder and was previously a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Adam and his Wife Michelle live in Orion Township and are proud parents of two daughters. Adam enjoys staying active, is an avid sports fan, and a passionate music listener.
