Zack Saraf is the Vice President of Operations at Integrated. Zack oversees and leads the firm’s operational initiatives to drive thoughtful and sustainable growth while maintaining the highest level of client service. This is achieved through his deep commitment to understanding underlying drivers, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiencies and collaboration, and as simple as it sounds, doing the work with discipline.

Zack leans into his B.A. in Business Administration & Management as well as over a decade of operational experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Integrated, Zack was a Manager of Investment Operations at a large RIA in New York City for 6 years, where he specialized in end-to-end client transaction activity, process improvement and cross-departmental efficiency implementation.

Being a strong believer in empowering the next generation of leaders, Zack enjoys mentoring promising college students through the Braven community.

As returning residents of Michigan but formerly raised in Petoskey, both Zack and wife, Chelsea, are excited to now reside in Clarkston with their two boys, Sawyer and Colby (furbaby). The family is looking forward to becoming an involved member of the local community and diving into all their favorite outdoor activities.
