Adam Rivett

Adam Rivett is the Director of Retirement Plan Services at Integrated. Adam provides Retirement Plan Fiduciary Consulting for private, non-profit, and institutional clients. Adam has been recognized as National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA’s) 2023 top 100 Advisors Under 40*.
Adam’s focus is working with Plan Fiduciaries to optimize their retirement plan offering and explore unique ways to solve their needs. He provides fiduciary plan consulting, fiduciary education, investment management, plan design, employee education, and overall strategy. Adam brings expertise to middle market retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and custom non-qualified incentive plans.
Adam previously has worked for one of the nation’s largest recordkeepers providing in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day operations of retirement plans. He also previously worked for one of the nation’s largest RIA’s acting as a first chair consultant for his clients.
He is actively involved with NAPA and has been nominated and recognized multiple times as a NAPA ACE (One of the top 100 Advisors Nationwide under the age of 40). He also volunteers to help test and develop techniques to create board certifications and exams that are used to assess future credentialed candidates.
Adam is routinely featured in industry related white papers, magazines, and panels.
An active member of the community Adam serves at several not-for-profit organizations and coaches youth sports. He is married with three children and enjoys woodworking, fishing, hunting, and any activity that gets him outdoors.
